Enjoy an Olive-tree Rooftop Haven @ Boundary Rooftop

Boundary was officially inaugurated on New Year’s Eve 2008 and was the first project from Prescott & Conran Limited. The Boundary building features three restaurants and bars; 12 individually designed guest bedrooms, plus five suites; a small British food store; and a bakery.

It was originally a Victorian warehouse, which was refurbished over a period of years. While renovating it, special attention was given to restore the most attractive industrial features. Great care was taken to protect and reinstate these key characteristics. At the same time, a new two-storey glass, steel and copper extension designed by Conran & Partners was introduced, and two very ‘green’ bore holes were drilled and now help to run the majority of the mechanical plant. Additionally, many specially made pieces of furniture were formed for the restaurants, suites and bedrooms, unusual supplies were procured from around the world, handmade beds crafted, stylish bathroom fittings were re-instated, kitchen equipment on requirement basis were ordered and a wide collection of fine art, from special commissions to pieces from private collections, were set up.

The rooftop garden also profits from two 100-plus-year-old olive trees and a unique humidor that was purchased at auction in Cuba. The rooftop space features a weatherproof pergola allowing the bar and dining area to remain open every day no matter what the weather is. Also, there is a newly designed garden that features a canopy of grape producing vines and a few other horticultural enhancements. The big open fire makes it comfy and the handy bar and grill leaves you craving for more.

So, visit this Rooftop Haven and enjoy delicious lunch, dinner and breakfast.
