World Illustration Awards

Hosted at Somerset House, the World Illustration Awards present the very best from the world of illustration, with the complete shortlist of 200 entries on display for art-loving guests at the Park Grand London Hyde Park to enjoy. The exhibit is part of the biggest World Illustration Awards yet, with artwork from 75 different countries.

BBC Proms

Underbelly Festival

This popular festival takes place throughout the summer at London’s South Bank, offering a wide variety of incredible acts drawn from across different artistic disciplines. There’s everything here from cabaret to comedy, circus, children’s acts and theatre.

The comedy performances are particularly popular, and showcase some of the UK’s best rising stars as well as top established talent. Families will also enjoy some of the shows, thanks to their focus on entertainment for kids. This can include everything from live readings of famous children’s books, to singalong entertainment suited for both adults and younger visitors. The circus acts are also particularly impressive, and offer something truly dynamic and new to the format.

Established 11 years ago, the Underbelly Festival continues to grow in size and scope, year on year – and with such a huge variety of acts to see, there is sure to be something to pique your interest.
